Unveiled on N.M. National Information Infrastructure day
Secretary
of State Stephanie Gonzales announced that records of secured loans filed in her
office under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) are now accessible on-line through
N.M. Technet. The inauguration of the new on-line system coincided with New
Mexico National Information
Infrastructure Day, which was proclaimed by the state legislature.

wishing information on how to access the UCC filings should contact Marianne
