CONCESSION BOOTH INFORMATION

Concession Booth Form - print out and mail!

Vendors wishing to display and sell goods at the 1997 Taos County Fair need to be aware of the following information and changes.

Educational Booths

Not-for-profit, educational organizaitons wishing to rent booth space will not be charged. Space will be set-up in a combined informational area. Educational booths may display literature, posters and other graphics but may not sell items to benefit their organizations. Organizations wishing to sell items - even if the proceeds will benefit a not-for-profit group or agency - will be required to rent a concession booth.

Food Vendors

Food Vendors will be required to leave a $20 cleaning deposit at the time of reserving the booth. The deposit will be returned after the fair if booth space is cleaned. All food vendors must have the proper vendors permit displayed at all times during the fair.

Food Vendors Permits may be obtained through the Environmental Department located next to the Motor Vehicle Division off of Gusdorf Road in Taos, phone 758-8808. Permit fees vary. If you do not have the proper Food Vendors Permit you will be asked to leave the fairgrounds andyou will not receive a booth rental refund,

The Taos County Fair Board reserves the right to refuse for any reason, an application for Concession Booth!
