The "Food Processor I" training will be held on Thursday, Nov. 19, 1998. in Taos. It will be required of all Taos Food Center users and is recommended for all food processors. There will be updates and training by the FDA, Env. Dept., Livestock Board, and Taos Food Center staff. Food safety, food processing regulations, and food labeling basics will be covered. Call TCEDC for more information.

Jan. 17-19: NASFT Specialty Food Show in San Francisco
March 5-7: Fiery Foods Show in Albuquerque.
May 16-19: the Gourmet Products Show in New Orleans.
