A Healthy Attitude
Take good care of yourself:
- Eat high fiber foods: vegetables, fruits and grains.
- Eat low fat foods. Eat lean meats, low fat cheeses and skim milk.
- Eat less fats and oils.
- Move your body everyday.
- Check your feet everyday.
- Wear comfortable shoes and socks.
- Check your blood glucose every day, as recommended by your doctor.
- Take your pills or insulin every day, as recommended by your doctor.
- Visit your doctor regularly, even if you feel fine.
