A Little of Everything
Take good care of yourself:
- Eat a variety of foods everyday.
- Eat 3 meals a day around the same time each day.
- Eat high fiber foods: vegetables, fruits and grains.
- Eat low fat foods.
- Buy low fat foods. Read the label.
- Trim fat off meats. Bake, broil, boil or steam foods.
- Eat less sugar and foods made with sugar.
- Drink less alcohol.
