A Little of Everything
Take good care of yourself:
- Move your body everyday. Do things that are fun!
- Ask a friend or a family member to join you!
- Always wear comfortable shoes like jogging shoes or tennis shoes to avoid blisters or calluses.
- Drink lots of water before and after any physical activity.
- Check your blood-glucose everyday, as recommended by your doctor.
- Check with your doctor before beginning any new activity.
