Some time had passed. Fang Foster's acclaimed "find" in Egypt has caused Fishtorians to begin rewriting the History of Fishilization -not to mention, the havoc it had precipitated within the more traditional human academic circles. As usual, the "experts" divided themselves into two camps. The ones who said, "Well, I always new it. In fact, I wrote a paper on that subject just a few years back." and the others who simply said, "Impossible!"
Now Fang had disappeared, again. It had taken Sam several days but he finally found a person who had seen Fang getting onto a plane at the Cairo Airport. It was at this airport that Sam talked to the reservation clerk, and with a little "incentive," he learned that Fang's next destination had been ... Hollywood, California.
After clearing up Fang's Egyptian ventures, Sam booked reservation and, within the month, followed "Himself" to Hollywood, California, the celebrated home of Movie Stars and "Big Deals!" On the trip, Sam reflected that Hollywood was hardly a place commensurable with Fang's private disposition. It was going to be a long flight. Just before dozing off, Sam wondered what Fang was up to ... now?
As soon as he arrived in Hollywood, Sam called and asked to have lunch with their old friend, Malcomb Forbes. Now the reader should know that Sam, Malcomb and Fang had been the best of friends since they first met at school. But today, Sam could only hoped that Malcomb may have seen Fang ... even briefly. More important, he would need Malcomb's help to discover Fang's current whereabouts.What a stroke of luck. Indeed, Fang had visited Malcomb and even spent a few days with Malcomb discussing business, which turned out to be a "movie deal," said Malcomb. Then, Malcomb told Sam that Fang was gone and when he left, Fang had swam away with several million of Malcomb's dollars and Lotte Madonna-Fish under contract to make a moving picture in Fish Findian country.
Sam's eyes open wide.
"Cor!" exclaimed Sam, "just how did he do that ?"
