My name is Jim Olson. I live in Eau Claire, Wisconsin with my wife

Maggie. We are ardent elderhostelers and usually go to two or three a year and get to travel around that way.

I am a retired English teacher and currently engaged in some journalistic type editing efforts with several newsletters for seniors- one general- one on nature and birdwatching and one (naturally) on elderhosteling.

I'm also concerned about environmental issues and have been very active in our state and local Sierra Club.
