| Cyber Youth was created by Barb Hau who works
or La Plaza Telecommunity which is located in Taos New Mexico. She applied
for a grant from Taos Holy Cross Hospital. We used the money from the grant
to create websites to inform people on SMOKING. There are a variety of
different points people in the class have chosen to create websites on.
For example: the cost of smoking, how to quit and many others. Participants
attended classes on many different subjects such as web design, media literacy,
and we have regular discussions on different things on smoking. Nancy Montano
cyber youth's teacher on web design helped the participants create
their websites. We have also interviewed smokers, non smokers, and people
who teach classes on how to quit smoking. Please take a look at the other
