                4H provides many Scholarships for hard workers
                 It also prvides so many opportunities and
                 challenges and builds a strong sense of
                 responsibilities for children of all ages! Most of
                 the scholarships are earned  by a high score of a
                 record book which is reaquiered if you want to
                 participate in the County 4H Fair which is a great
                 opportunitity for a child.
