![]() ![]() This is Eric Martinez and these are pictures of his presentation and the ribbon which he received for it at the North East District Contest. His presentation was on wood working and, in it Eric told about different kinds of wood that carve well, how to carve and what tools to use. He won second place and are club is very proud of him! |
![]() ![]() the respondsibility is sometimes great. Animals are only one of the wonderful oportunities that 4-H provides for children. Katie says "Having a lamb is not just fun but is also a great way to learn and become responsible". Your hard work over the summer is usuaIly quite rewarding. Katie has won Grand Champion two years in a row and done fairly well in the auctions. She says though "That when a person raises an animal in 4-H it should be because they have a desire to learn not to recieve money at the oction."The money is a reward yes, but the learning and relationships with the animal are by far more valauble!" |
