Welcome to La Plaza's Diabetes Wellness Connection site. The personal
stories you find in this site have been provided by individuals living
with diabetes, their families and health care providers. Factual
information about diabetes from both public and private agencies is also
available, as well as links to other diabetes related internet sites.

tion about yourself, we will be able to design the Diabetes Wellness Connection
to better serve your needs.
