Tomas was born and raised in the Bay Area of Northern California and moved to Taos, the homeland of his parents in the 1970's after college.
He is a photographer whose works range from landscapes to portraitures. He incorporates Black and White Silver prints, cibachrome printing and large format panoramic images in his photographic art. He received the "Best of Photography" award in the 1993 Taos Open.
Tomas is very excited about becoming computer literate via the Open Studio training that he will receive. He wants to learn more about the Web and
cyberspace opportunities and apply the training and knowledge acquired in teaching others, especially students.
