Macintosh Dial-up Setup Instructions


Depending upon your Macintosh, one of the following configuration software files should be found on your machine.

If you have a newer model Macintosh with OS 8.0 or higher the following will help you set up your Internet connection to La Plaza.

iMac
Internet Setup Assistant
Mac OS X
Older models will have one of the following configuration software files.
Choose one of these options to see the corresponding detailed instructions:

ConfigPPP - Found in the Apple Menu, under Control Panels.

OT/PPP - Found in the Apple Menu, under Control Panels.

FreePPP - Need to start with the telephone icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

MacTCP - Found in the Apple Menu, under Control Panels.

TCP/IP - Found in the Apple Menu, under Control Panels.
