La Plaza offers technical support to assist you in setting up and maintaining your Internet connection, email and web browser. If you need assistance, our telephone tech support hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. You can reach us at 737-5950 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A user can also bring in his "cpu" or laptop to La Plaza for assistance. They must first call for an appointment.
La Plaza also offers fee-based technical support if connectivity problems cannot be resolved due to a computer hardware and/or software malfunction. The user must first make an appointment with support staff, agree to the following fees and be willing to bring in their cpu or laptop. We do not make "house calls."
